Installtion:
(1) Fix the bracket in the middle of the door.
(2) Lock the radar on the bracket with screws.

Production Appearance & Dimensions:

Wiring & Connect to the control box:

 1) Connect the male terminal of the radar harness to the female terminal of the radar;                                                                      2) Connect the far end of harness to the industrial door control box;                                                                                                  3) Connect the red wire to the 24V and black wire to GND;                                                                                                                   4) Connect the first relay of radar anti-smashing to the photoelectric signal and the public terminal of the control box;                    5) Connect the second relay of radar triggers to the radar signal and the public terminal of the control box;

The millimeter-wave radar sensor is equipped with an anti-crushing trigger function: when pedestrians or vehichles( including Forklifts, Industrial Hand Trucks, Light-Duty Cargo Vehicles, and Industrial Handling Robots, etc. - Industrial Transport Equipment ) are in the door's passing area, the anti-crushing mechanism will be automatically activated to prevent the door from lowering and colliding with pedestrians or vehicles.

 APP Download and Debugging:
1. App Downloading, Open Google or App Store;
2. Parameter setting;
 1) Door lifting time: the time that door completes the opening;
 2) Trigger parameters: 0~ 15m;
 3) Anti-smash range: left&right range can be set up to 2m. Recommend to set less than the door width to make sure there is no
    obstacle in the anti-smash detection area;
4) Installation height: according to the real situation, can be set up to 6m;
5) Near end non-detection range: set the range according to the actual situation, recommend to set the range greater than the door reflection area;
6) Save parameters when finish all the settings;

FAQ:
1. After power on, the vehicle drove to the trigger area and the door did not open.
. Check whether the relay wire in the control box is connected correctly and whetherthe radar signal and public terminal are connected.
. Check whether the power is stable.
2. After power on, the vehicle trigger distance is very close
. Check whether the radar installation angle is correct.
. Check whether the orange and yellow wires connection are connected correctly.
3. After triggering the door opening, the door will not close when the car
passes.
. Check whether the relay wire in the control box is connected correctly and whetherthe radar signal and public terminal are connected.
. Check whether the minimum non-detection range setting is enough, and modifyit in the APP.
. Check whether the door width is set too large and set it through the APP link.
4. After the vehicle triggers the door opening, the door will automatically close
after 10 seconds.
